Newsletter Ad Application and Agreement

 

This application is for commercial ads, which are ads run in the ACFA newsletter by anyone who may or may not be a member of the club. The ads are run once a month with the November ad being run in the ACFA Annual Bird Show catalog, as there is no newsletter that month. All ads must be pre-approved and accepted for publication by the ACFA's board and are paid for in advance in January for the year. The same ad must be run all year with no refunds for cancellation. Ad positions in newsletter and show catalog are at the discretion of the editor. By sending in your ad and payment you agree to the terms and condition as stated.

The rates for eleven (11) newsletters and one (1) show catalog is: (Catalog ad will be the same size as ad in newsletter)

Full Page (approx 4 " x 7 ") $100.00

Half Page (approx 4 " x 3 5/8") $ 65.00

1/3rd Page/Business card size $ 35.00

(approx 2.4" x 4.5")
